Customer Service Specialists

- Casual position, full-time hours available.
DB Marketing Solutions is seeking applications from enthusiastic persons wanting to enter the specialised Motor Dealership Customer Relationship Management (CRM) industry. Women applicants are particularly encouraged to apply.
Our team of Customer Service Specialists make phone calls to previous and current customers of our client Motor Dealerships, checking that the customers have had a pleasant sales experience and/or passing on feedback to the Dealership. They are also responsible for taking service bookings and passing sales leads onto Department Managers.
Our Customer Service Specialists are DB Marketing’s front line and keep the company informed of customer satisfaction. The provided feedback is acknowledged and acted on at all times.
Successful applicants will be based in offices at our various client Motor Dealerships.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES
- Access to PERSONAL transport.
- Fluent, high-quality conversational English.
- Pleasant phone manner.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and email systems.
- Reasonable standard of typing speed/accuracy.
- High standards of personal dress and grooming.
Whilst previous experience and/or knowledge of Motor Dealership operations is desirable, it is not essential as all required training and support is provided.
